摘要
In this work it is shown the backstage of the research; how each moment of the research processes is built and how these are interconnected. It has as an objective analyzing the built process of the public policy of the Buenos Aires hospital organizations from the informal actions that have place within these organizations. At the beginning it is presented the selection of the theoretical framework and the discussion about the conceptual elements that each discipline brings contributing to elucidate the informality in deep, to explain later the objectives and the hypothesis of work. Following it is exposed why the qualitative method was the best option to explain this social phenomenon, because in general from the common sense the informality in the public administration is associated with corruption. Finally, it is revealed the analytical strategy and how the guidelines of grounded theory allowed building categories that contribute to redefine some theoretical concepts that explain how operates the informal aspect of the organizations. As a conclusion appear a narrative line that integrate and explain the articulation of the different components of the research process which contribute to better explain the concept of informality in an empirical and theoretical way.
