摘要：
The problem of flow of a solution of a binary electrolyte in a straight cylindrical capillary having walls coated with a porous charged or uncharged gel layer under an applied electric field was solved. It was shown that electrokinetic phenomena are possible when there are no fixed charges both in the gel itself and on the initial surface due to specific interaction of ions with the gel material.
