摘要
A generic nonideal behavioral model of A/D converters that can be characterized from published specifications is described. Three conversion methods (successive approximation, flash, and dual integration) have been modeled. A/D converter architecture may be changed by simple specification of external parameters. The model has been implemented in a mixed-mode simulator and simulation results are provided.
