摘要：

The purpose of this article is to review the existing literature on the relationship between variables: personality and leadership styles. This relationship is investigated from a review of relevant academic articles, which allow to determine a state of current and contemporary art of the proposed topic. In this research work is not intended to measure correlation between the variables of the subject, but to carry out an in-depth analysis of the research conducted by the selected authors, the findings and the conclusions reached by these authors in relation to the implications that occur between personality and leadership styles.
