Economy of the State can only exist as a developing system. The level of investment influences significantly the process of expanded reproduction and increase of economic growth. Innovations have been reduced in many times, the basic foundations of most industries and enterprises have become older critically and lost their competitiveness. The article discusses possible indicators of development of the existing potential for investment
