摘要：
The purpose of this paper is to expose and analyze the theses that support that most collective legal goods can be harmed and/or endangered by individual actions. In order to determine when these legal goods are harmed, one or more elements are usually redefined: the precise legal good that is being protected, the general concept of harm and/or harm causation. Some of these scholars propose some additional criteria that take into account the structure of the protected legal good or its functions.
