Constitutional loyalty in the Spanish Constitution of 1978

The reviewed book displays a construction of constitutional loyalty like separated notion of the general rule ob subjection contained in the art. 9.1 CE. That notion serves to assure the effectiveness of the one or several structural principes (especially, the referred ones to the social and democratic state of Law, to the autonomic state and the opening to the international law - arts. 1.1, 2 y 93 CE). Leonardo Alvarez explains too how the constitutional loyalty works on the state and on the citizens.
