摘要
The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between social context and school context, based on studies that demonstrate the influence of culture on organizational phenomena. The organization is in constant interaction with the social context in which it is inserted. Accordingly, we sought to investigate the correlation in the occurrence of social anomie, incidence of burnout and coping strategies in teachers of elementary schools in the city of Rio de Janeiro. The results showed a positive relationship between burnout and social anomie, and significant relationship between anomie and coping strategies.
