Increasing competition and high consumer demand and demands for quality, flexibility, speed, functionality and low costs have put not only the organizations in the revolution but also the people involved in them, as it is increasingly needed The availability of relevant and reliable information for timely and proactive decision making. In the company under study although it has a good economic management, it has elaborated and is working with the development strategy. A tool is not available that allows to follow up in real time to the fulfillment of the same, for this reason the present work was proposed As a goal to elaborate a procedure for the design of an Integral Control Panel for the Pinar del Rio Electric Company, the "Procedure for the elaboration, distribution and control of the documents and records of the Integrated Management System" was used as a guide In the Pinar del Rio Electric Company in 2015, resulting in the structuring of the same in four dimensions as well as the necessary indicators, with a quantitative treatment using the software in Microsoft Excel.
