摘要
In the paper the model of the solar cell dedicated for the SPICE software is presented. This model takes into account optical, electrical and thermal phenomena. The influence of the angle of incidence of shafts on its surface on characteristic of solar cells are considered. Both the form of the model and the worked out measuring set-up are presented. The practical usefulness of the worked out model is examined for the monocrystalline solar cell
