摘要
Our paper aims to identify and explain partners' perceptions differences of their unstable asymmetric strategic alliances evolution. Our investigation focuses on configuration, operation and evolution of strategic alliances between multinational firms and local agri-food enterprises in the Mediterranean. The comparison tests of two samples of asymmetric relations depending on the version of each partner show significant differences in terms of assessment of the conflict, commitment and satisfaction levels of small and large partners. Methodologically, these results suggest the relevance of multiperspective approaches in asymmetric strategic alliances analysis.
