摘要
Local laser-induced activation of the surfaces of LiNbO3 single crystals and deposition of metals (Cu and Ni) were studied with the use of pulsed lasers of UV, visible, and IR ranges: a KrF laser with a wavelength of 248 nm, a copper-vapor laser with a wavelength of 514 nm, and a CO2 laser with a wavelength of 10.6 mum. Local deposition of Cu and Ni was implemented with good adhesion and dimensions of deposited grains up to 5 mum, the scanning rate having been varied in a wide range from 30 mum/s to 1 cm/s.
