摘要：

An article is a response to Olga Sedakova's book "Apology of Reason". It gives an analysis of cliches deeply grounded in the Russian culture, in particular the opposition of reason and "heart". O. Sedakova tries to overcome this opposition analyzing top examples of the world culture: Dante's, Pushkin's, Goethe's and Pasternak's texts and S. S. Averintsev's opinions.
