摘要：
Complex system situations are composed in very different fields, such as management, operations research problems, banking, economics, physics, and biology, with different levels of organization. This paper presents a general model of multilevel systems using the problem structuring methodology as an extended version, studying particularly how to jump from one level to the following and the interlevel coupling effects. Finally, an application of these systems in banking is presented.
