摘要：
Conductive hearing loss is a common cause of deafness and disability, particularly in children and young adults. This article presents a brief overview of the various methods currently available for reconstructing the tympanic membrane and middle ear ossicular chain, including some comments os to their indications and limitations. Schematic diagrams showing these techniques illustrate the various types of repair described.
