We calculate CP-odd correlations in Z decays to tau leptons, Z --> tau-tauBAR. These correlations are sensitive to the weak dipole moment d approximately tau of the tau. With 10(7) produced Z particles and with observation of the tau decay channels tau --> l-nu-l-nu tauBAR (l = e,mu), tau --> pi-nu-tau and tau --> rho-nu-tau we estimate that d approximately tau can be determined with an accuracy of about delta-d approximately tau = 3 x 10(-18) e cm (1 s.d.).
