摘要
This work analyzes the context in which the principle of universal jurisdiction regarding human rights has developed. During its evolution as a social-juridical process we can find significant advances. One of them is the International Criminal Court, in a hegemonic context at the international society. Inside of normative adaptation dynamics, a lecture from the globalization theories is required. For this purpose, constructivist reflections in the theoretical framework of the international organizations role and the construction of norms will be exposed in this article.
