摘要：

This article aims to identify the main contributions of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to the logistics area of a medium-sized transporter. For that, a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive approach was carried out, based on the research strategy, a case study. The result of the study suggests potential indicators related to the financial perspective, of clients, of internal processes, and of learning and growth. Based on this, the calculation index can help in the improvement of the logistics management, particularly in relation to the small companies.
