摘要：
The article concretizes the material on the negative manifestations of legal norms concretization. It is demonstrated that this phenomenon occurs when the defects of a legal precept or inaccurate reflection of a legally significant activity are revealed. The concretization of legal norms is the differentiation that develops the content and/or the form of overly abstract legal norms by authorized subjects in one or several normative acts of different legal force through specialized juridical techniques of detailing to the extent of certainty necessary for effective implementation.
