摘要
By scanning electron microscopy and X-ray spectrum microanalysis the surface electroexplosive carburizing with zirconium oxide commercially pure titanium before and after electron beam treatment was studied. Regimes of the subsequent electron-beam treatment smoothing relief and element composition of the alloying surface were determined. The formation of the submicrocrystalline structure of surface treated and increase of its wear resistance in 1.3 times was revealed.
