Applications of Similarity Measures for Trapezoidal Fuzzy Numbers in Risk Evaluation of HR Outsourcing

摘要
Aiming at the lack of quantitative analysis in the HR outsourcing risk investigation, a risk evaluation model is established based on the similarity measure of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. This model is used to measure possibility and severity of loss for risk factors by the trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, and total risk degree is determined through calculation of similarity measure. The model is applied for the actual HR outsourcing projects in one enterprise, and the risk of the HR outsourcing projects is evaluated from five factors, namely, degradation of outsourcing service quality, decrease of employee satisfaction, decline of management ability, corporate information leakage, and serious cultural conflict. The results of instance analysis show the method can be effectively used to evaluate the HR outsourcing risk, and is more practical than the current qualitative researches.
