摘要：
Article analyzes a group of the finishing works, and their impact on the time and financial planning of construction projects. Analyzed projects are completed construction projects on the territory of Croatia, in which were considered finishing works in cases of adaptation of the existing buildings and finishing works in case of the newly constructed residential high-rise buildings. From the point of financial planning considered were related consumption of resources of the typical items in the cost estimating of the most frequent type of finishing works, and share of the cost of finishing works in the cost price of the complete construction. The paper analyzes the range and shares the finishing work costs according to by the division of work in construction projects with the aim of understanding the trends and planning of costs of finishing works in construction.
