In article the short analysis of experience of foreign countries on formation, functioning and regulation of ground relations in agrarian and industrial complex, factors and terms of sale, donations, tenancy of the earths of agricultural purpose, and also financially-credit maintenance of agricultural commodity producers is carried out.
