摘要：
Psychosocial oncology is rather young approach in medicine that laid the foundation of rehabilitology and complex approaches to chronic disease management. The article covers the key points of establishment and development of psychooncology. Special emphasis is placed on experience in implementation of psychosocial support programs for oncological patients in National Healthcare System.
