MEASUREMENTS OF OPTICAL TRANSFER-FUNCTIONS WITH HIGH REPRODUCIBILITY

For high-accuracy measurements it is necessary to provide a reproducibility that is even higher. Improvements in the grating method for measuring the optical transfer function are reported that make it possible to reach a short-term reproducibility of 10(-3). Effects influencing long-term reproducibility are identified and excluded, thus also a long-term reproducibility of 10(-3) is achieved.
