CHANGES IN THE KALLIKREIN-KININ SYSTEM IN RATS OF DIFFERENT AGES UNDER CONDITIONS OF POLYTRAUMA

摘要
The main factor of developing polyorganic insufficiency, which is crucial in development of hard trauma during different periods, is change of KKS samples, those changes are not fully examined. The goal of an examination is to find out pathogenetic role of KKS, taking to attention age aspects of the organism during early and late periods after modeling the polytrauma. The hard trauma is modeled with use of 126 white rats 6-24 month old. The control group is completed by intact animals which has been kept in the standard vivarium conditions. 1,3,24 hours and 14 days after trauma the samples of blood were taken from rats for the biochemical examinations, the Prekalikreine, Kalikreine and general proteolitic activity were examined. The activation of the KKS indexes confirms an inflammation process that occurs in traumed animals, also it has a tendency to increase in young animals 24 hours after modeling the polytrauma.
