摘要
The extension of the coverage for work-related accidents and occupational diseases to all the Schemes of the Social Security System operated by law 27/2011, leads to a series of reflections on the livelihood of the privileged protection of occupational contingencies, the survival or demise of the various Social Security Schemes or the same scope of the measure. In brief summary, the significance of the Reform is fairly limited both its application only to new income workers as to involve changes which, in fact, only affect directly to the Special Scheme for Self-employed workers. With the old, does not operate a true equality in the level of protection, it remains voluntary in the already affiliated and still doubts about the necessity and consistency of this type of benefits for the self-employed in a Social Security System which already serves the same situation of need and where the reasons for the improvement in the protection lie in the traditional scheme of protection after an event in which origin is corporate responsibility.
