FORMATION OF FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCES OF THE STUDENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY

摘要
The article is devoted to analysis of the experience of professional support for students on a speciality "Management of the personnel". The article presents such creations as the functional map of competencies, work with individual plans for students, shows the universal technology of the formation of functional competencies for future professionals. The competence approach in education implies that the result of mastering the basic educational program in a higher educational institution should be to some extent formed competence, understood as the ability to use knowledge, skills and personal qualities in accordance with the tasks of professional activity. Under the functional competences there are meant here the knowledge, skills and abilities that are necessary for performing the functions of the professional activity. At the end of the 90-ies of the 20 century, there is a strategic understanding of the functions of the HR Manager and each of the functions carried out by the HR employee in the organization, such as search, selection, motivation, staff training etc, is closely connected as with other functions, and in General with organizational strategy. Of course, this requires a careful approach to the formation of professional competence of future HR specialist. The article considers in detail the direction of work with students in the framework of the author of the course "Practical management". These areas include the following: reconstruction own experience (positive and negative) through the reflection of action, situations (past); work with the goals, goal setting skills (future) and the analysis and reflection of today's actions (what's being done now). Important framework of the course is considering factors such as the competitiveness of the graduates in the labor market, qualification, competence; capitalization, which influence the formation of functional (professional) competences of students. Exam-practice management involves the analysis of what actions implemented students in various areas of theirs life, why and how they worked in these four areas (competitiveness, qualification, competence, capitalization). It turns out that a job in line with these trends solves two tasks: tasks of their own professional and personal development, and acquisition simultaneously those tools and technologies that are currently in demand in HR management in modern organizations (and coaching, and mentoring-technology professional hosting, profiles of competencies, functional card, a personal development plan). Tools for supporting and development of professional competences of students become tools of their professional activity-it seems that this is the uniqueness of the suggested ways of professional support.
