摘要
As a result of the federal government's fight against money laundering, a growing number of new federal statutes have been enacted providing for increased reporting and monitoring requirements that dramatically enlarge the burden and liability of the financial institutions to which they apply. The authors outline the principal statutes and discuss judicial decisions that challenged the statutes' constitutionality.
