摘要
The present paper confirms what already emphasised in a previous work about the necessity to proceed to determination of further analytical parameters. In fact the determination of possible mixing with seed oils, that have similar acidic composition, is necessary for the different kinds of olive oils that are in trade by a quantitative determination of trans isomers of oleic, linoleic and linolenic acids.
