摘要：
Legal profession has centuries of existence but the most significant transformations have occurred in the second half of the 20th century In this article we evaluate the changes in the composition by social stratum, gender and diverse types of professional activity. These transformations have influenced functions and roles in the exercise of legal profession. Particularly, docent career and law investigation, effects of feininization in the profession and professional exercise in 21st century socialism are analyzed.
