摘要：
Recent years have been marked by an ever increasing interest in the precise definition, accurate measurement and correct evaluation of internal stress (IS) in electrodeposited coatings. A substantial component of this problem is to determine the stress diagram (RSD). Three different methods for the evaluation of the distribution of internal stress along the thickness are compared. All results obtained are compared with each other and with a criterion of reliability.
