摘要
The survey examines natural antifreezes, which lower the freezing point of the blood of fish that live in the seas of the Arctic and Antarctic regions. Data of a physicochemical analysis of the antifreezes and their functioning are cited. The three-dimensional structure of these molecules and the mechanism of their activity are discussed.
