Time, Experience and Subjective Memory. An essay about the existential condition of temporality

This essay deals with the existential condition of temporary nature and highlights the inexorable link between time, experience and subjective memory, keys to define the self. One of the main objectives is to reflect on the inseparability of the problem of selfhood and that of temporary nature. Thus, we will try to consider up to what point is the construction of the self imbued and sustained by its historical and narrative dimension. The thesis here is that temporary nature is the decisive nature of human experience and its narrative condition regardless of its manifestation. In that way, both the ancient quest for eternity and the cult of immediacy would be subjective narrative forms, where temporary nature emerges as the only possible way of understanding.
