The theoretical investigation of conduction electron g-factors in hcp transition metals of ruthenium and osmium is carried out. Anisotropic behaviour is found for orbit-averaged g-factors on a LM7 sheet of the Fermi surface in these metals. A comparison of calculation and experimental data on the de Haas - van Alphen quantum oscillations makes it possible to determine the enhncaement factor for a number of orbits.
