摘要：
Confusion between a toxic mushroom and an edible mushroom is one of the main causes of poisoning. The symptoms may relate to a direct toxic action, microbial contamination if the mushroom consumed was in the process of decomposing, or pollution from pesticides, in particular when they are picked close to fields of crops. These forms of intoxication can sometimes be serious or even fatal. (C) 2014 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved
