摘要
The effect of annealing on the structural and optical properties of pure and iodine-doped selenium thin films are investigated by X-ray diffraction, XPS scanning electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, optical transmission, thickness, and gravimetric measurements. For iodine-doped selenium films Se(I), it is found that apparent changes in the optical properties are in fact associated with the annealing collapse of the void structure tied to iodine sublimation. The required temperature to modify the morphology, with hole formation, in a-Se(I) thin film is lower than in pure Se thin film.
