摘要
The results of low-temperature X-ray diffraction studies of a single crystal of Bi2.2Sr1.8CaCu2O8+x in the temperature range 5-273 K are presented. Anomalous behaviour of the lattice parameter c in the temperature ranges 75-110 K and 220-245 K has been found. Comparison of the obtained results with the results of ultrasonic studies is given.
