摘要：
We study the creation of wake field in a cold electron-positron plasma by electron bunches. The propagation of a short electromagnetic pulse through the inhomogeneity generated by the presence of such a wake field is also investigated. It is found that wake fields can change the frequency of the radiation substantially.
