摘要：

A procedural model of a computer-supported method for the analysis and design of information and communication structures in computer-integrated manufacturing is proposed. A reference model consisting of process chains with logical, organizational and technical shapes is suggested as a basis for gradual derivation of an enterprise's specific implementation model. This approach also considers strategic aspects of computer-integrated manufacturing.
