摘要：
The Chinese pulp and paper industry now faces serious challenges: High demand, the need to modernize, and pollution. Chemical recovery is a vital part of the pulp mill operations. The chemical recovery system in China has been improved through team efforts over the last 30 years. Much attention has been paid to the technological development of non-wood pulp chemical recovery, particularly the means to overcome the silica interference. This paper reviews the current situation, mill experiences and research achievements.
