摘要
Impedance measurements of the zirconium oxide/electrolyte system were used to estimate the polarization resistance, R(p) of ZrO2 film in H2SO4, Na2SO4 and NaOH solutions. Two potential regions were found to be divided around a critical voltage of 2V. At high potential region the polarization resistance decreases with increasing of formation potential indicating a change of film properties.
