摘要：
The recent literature on ethical problems in forensic psychiatry is reviewed. Contemporary ethical conflicts in the field are related to wider ethical concerns in medicine and society. The dual role or "dual agency" of forensic psychiatry is explored, as are the various institutional mechanisms that have been invoked in an attempt to resolve conflicts and agree common practice.
