摘要：

We define an algorithm of desingularization of a C(infinity) germ of vector field in the plane, using the notion of quasi-homogeneity and the Newton polygon. We estimate an upper-bound for the number of blowings-up and an upper-bound for the number of admissible changes of coordinates as a function of the codimension of the germ.
