Intellectual Property Rights is a rights attributed to a creation as result of a intellectual capacity of human being which give benefits to society, in the science field as well as art, literature and technology. Object of Intellectual Property Rights is human thought. Intellectual Property Rights is a system of recognition, appreciation and legal protection that have the economic values for a wide range of intellectual creation.
