摘要
An outline of the CERN neutrino facilities is presented. Todays neutrino programme is based on CHORUS and NOMAD exploring the tau neutrino mass in the cosmologically relevant range of a few eV and above. For the medium term future, a long baseline neutrino programme is under discussion, using an SPS neutrino beam directed to the Grand Sasso Laboratory in Italy, and possibly also to Nestor in Greece or even to Kamiokande in Japan. Possible neutrino beams at the future collider LHC are discussed in detail. Intense beams of all three neutrino species with energies up to 2 TeV can be produced. The tau neutrino beam is sufficiently intense to allow the tau neutrino detection.
