摘要
In the present paper, an analytical model of a multi-wick solar still with flowing water over the glass cover has been presented. Explicit expressions for the different performance parameters, viz. water temperature, glass temperature, flowing water temperature and distillate output, have been obtained. The effect of insulation thickness and heat transfer coefficient between the upper glass surface and the water flowing over it has also been studied. © 1990.
