PRIORITY OF SYSTEMIC DEVELOPMENT OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES SKILLS AT THE HIGH SCHOOLS

The article substantiates the priority of system development of senior pupils' foreign language skills. The author proves merits and demerits of English teaching on the basis of modern foreign and native textbooks and suggests synthesizing most efficacious and accessible system-communicative method of teaching via models of English language standards taken from English literature and periodicals in order to create an effective English textbook for senior pupils and students who study English in non-language surrounding.
