摘要
The effect of different nitrogen sources (NO3NH4, SO4 (NH4)(2), NO3K, NO3Na and Urea) on the growth and pigment content (carotenoids and chlorophylls) of four Peruvian strains of Dunaliella salina was studied. At 27 days of age, ammonium sulfate (and after that, ammonium nitrate) produced the highest cellular density and pigment content (mg/l) in the following strains: FV-002 (Salina de Huacho) y FV-003 (Salina de Chilca). Nevertheless, in the ammonium sulfate treatments, bleaching of the cells was evident some days later.
