Citizen participation: political action and plurality in the agreement of peace in Colombia. Approximations to international referents

The possible peace agreement in Colombia between the National Government and the FARC-EP (Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia - People's Army) rebel group implies the need to problematize citizen participation in key thought of Hannah Arendt about a politic of life and death related to the action and the plurality of all players in the field of human affairs. It is a qualitative research hermeneutics approach that considers citizen participation in key politic Arendtian thought of life and death that tends to political action, democracy and peace dialogue. Therefore, the plurality of men has always been the key to strengthening democratic states. The incidence of citizen political action in a peace process identifies the legitimacy of a collective whole to provide a significant public to run a post-conflict with all social possibilities consensus.
